Nice porting workflow! I built some tools that might help with complex projects like this. Not everything needs to get slammed into your context window!

Saves tons of tokens too: github.com/cassler/awes...

That article resonates! The performance drift is real. I've found structured workflows help maintain consistency:
- Slash commands like `/tdd` keep Claude focused
- Shell shortcuts batch operations (less context switching)
- Reduces token usage 50-80% too

That excitement is contagious! If you want to supercharge your Claude Code experience, I built shortcuts that make it even better:
- `chg quick-commit` = 5 keystrokes for git workflow
- 14 slash commands for common tasks
- 50-80% token savings

I feel you on the frustration! Built some shortcuts that help keep Claude Code more predictable and cut down token usage:
- `/start-feature` for consistent workflows
- `chp` for instant project context (reduces confusion)

My usage was cut in half almost immediately github.com/cassler/awes...

Wow, $200 in 9 days! I was burning through tokens too until I built shortcuts that batch Claude's operations. Now saving 50-80%.

Example: `chp` gives full project context in ONE command vs Claude making 20+ tool calls.

Try it: github.com/cassler/awes...

Works great with ccusage!

I had the same shock! Built a toolkit that cuts token usage 50-80% by batching Claude's operations. Instead of multiple tool calls, `chp` = full project context in one shot.

One-line install!

This is exactly what I built helper tools for! Try these shortcuts:
• `chs find-code "handles X"` - ripgrep powered search
• `ch cr imports-of` - trace dependencies
• `chp` - full project overview in 1 sec

Faster than multiple greps: https://github.com/cassler/awesome-claude-code-setup

I built shortcuts for the commands Claude runs! Like when Claude explores your codebase, instead of multiple hidden tool calls, you get `chp` (project overview) or `chs find-code "TODO"` that stay in history.

Saves 50-80% tokens too!
