But they have become less debilitating. Therapy and medicine helps where exercise cant. In any case: an exercise routine has improved my physical and mental health and although I didnt reach my initial goal going into it, I came out of it healthier. And im enjoying my results unapologetically! 💪

in order for me to see it through and stay committed I needed to listen to what my body tells me instead of fighting against it. So I did. And a habit was formed. I was always "skinny" but I lacked any sort of physical fitness. Besides physical strength I have noticed my PTSD symptoms improve, which makes sense to those diagnosed.
