Well, I know the scene where Carole talks about the conversion therapy camp she went to made something click for me: like, is this why I value my independence too? Because I had to fight so hard just to be me?

I started at 20 and wish I started at 18. Or sooner if I could have figured out a way to make that work.

Me too. My only regret is not starting sooner.

Also, I would have used my college fund on FFS instead of Bible College, had I known back then what I knew now.

Well shit. Now, I have no reason not to renounce my US citizenship once I have PR.

It has literally NEVER been career suicide "to criticize Israel". It SHOULD be career suicide to disseminate bigoted lies about innocent people. Like the lies that Ana, Tucker, and Candace have spread about trans people and Israel.

What these people are doing is not criticism, it's hate speech.

I guess this is what happens when we elect a felon as POTUS. Suddenly, the law doesn't matter. The Hatch Act clearly isn't being upheld anymore.

Any chance you could revoke my US citizenship?

You mean how the Republican shutdown is undermining our country on the world stage?

Funny, y'all don't seem to have a problem with issuing inaccurate passports to trans people because Trump issued an executive order.

This... and the fact that I'm stuck at home with a fractured ankle... are why I'm staying home. :/

If you, like me, are an American citizen who lives outside the US, you have the right to vote. Though, Republicans are trying to take that away due to the fact that Americans who live abroad aren't as susceptible to right-wing propaganda.
