If you haven't heard of Northsky, they're basically building something similar to Blacksky, where you can still use the bluesky/at network, but use, and be subject to, less of (and hopefully eventually none of) the official bsky bs.

It's 1280x1024, even closer to a square than the 4:3s!
It's an LCD. But it's from just around the time LCDs were finally getting good, about the same time widescreen was taking over, so it's got LED backlighting and an IPS panel. I love CRTs, but their size is impractical for my current setup.
