In case you’re wondering how bad things have gotten, I’ve had people text me asking if their Canadian immigration status may be in jeopardy because they no longer have access to a passport.
All of this over the U.S. feds’ desire to kill trans people.

I'm not sure uplifting TSA is the vibe. Frankly they're just ICE in a different division. Plus, as a trans-person, the Sunport TSA is the only airport I have ever been forced to remove my binder in a back room with three male TSA agents watching so they could "run it through the scanner."

Being forcibly unemployed by the Canadian government for three years broke me in more ways than one. I cannot imagine any longer than that. I'm still waiting on healthcare access and PR but at least I have a work permit now...
