For 10 nodes this is a pretty effective slime generator. Also note that this was given 2 levels of subsurf subdivision, and the material is just a simple Principled BSDF shader.

You know, I've been thinking about it, and I think a reasonable definition for "concentration camp" is "a facility to which individuals are sent without due process or judicial oversight, often but not always outside the recognized territory of the sovereign that initially detained them."
