Bacon makes EVERYTHING better ! That’s why we cure our own from pork belly & smoke it for that extra level of flavour. 😎♥️🥓

2nd attempt at mozzarella cheese. The first batch came out crumbly & we suspect it’s because we used lemon juice instead of citric acid.

It doesn’t look like much now, but in about an hour this will be fresh mozzarella cheese.
