And for some ungodly reason, some of my colleagues seem to think that my job is… easily done. Sure! But not easily done well.

If I know I’m in the right I will take a claim all the way to Medicare court. That’s right, there’s a judge that holds court hearings for denied appeals.

Sorry, it’s a pet peeve when I get the opposite experience. Like if my clueless ND ass can figure out how to mask cheerfulness, anyone can.

There’s a damn good reason that after 15 years in patient service, there isn’t a single patient complaint on my file. Except for that one women who said I was too cheerful. (That didn’t get officially added lolz)
