I love my work. I currently geek out on Azure, Terraform and GitHub. Also into books and gaming.
I didn't think I would be pondering the ultimate purpose for pants this morning. Especially not based on centaur-related prompt.

I really don't understand how Bluesky posts get interpreted and show up on different feeds. I feel like they are eventually going to be relying on that portion for content moderation, but as a new user, that's not really explained well anywhere.

Yeah, I agree with you. I feel like enterprise apps and video games are in kind of a similar space. Because it's so simple for a publisher to push updates, it's easy for them to be lazy which the author seems to be hinting at.

Many companies are relying on customers to do QA for them after release.

It is difficult to understand the "reach" element, I've been meaning to explore feed development for that reason.

As someone who works in Healthcare IT, I'm not surprised. We do a lot of M&A, and almost every hospital we acquire is in really bad technical shape. They're defining large incidents as affecting >500 patients, that's basically any hospital.

My biggest challenge working remote is who to talk to about ideas. Sending a chat message to anyone outside my closest work contacts takes a form of initiative. I've become a big proponent of voluntary coordinated office days.
