i mean it is regressive, its inevitable that taxes rise for everyone i just think we should make the progressive taxes harsher first

1. As others mentioned, 50.4% in a 3 way race is very good
2. Popularity of progressive ideas is much higher, but the rich spend a lot more to oppose candidates than anyone else, which does mean an in-built popularity loss but it does cost resources for them to do this, they cant do it everywhere
