Working on the road in Tassy this week. I usually hit up a local chinese shop for a satay beef. Can say I had a real good one in Launceston on Monday. So many are happy to serve a bland, watery , brown sauce. Not this time, textured, spiced and well balanced flavour. There are gems out there!

My little brother used to make a thick paste with chocolate "quick" and a dash of milk. Cold glass and spoon winner for me
