Are people bringing their own drugs in? They just inject and leave or are they staying? Who watches over? Are people on hand to inject antidotes if needed?Who is liable if things so awry in this scenario? I guess these are non issues in Scotland? Sorry my RN brain is about to explode lol…good luck…
