Oddly, Ohio has two definitions of "motor vehicle"- but only one that can be used for criminal cases. Guy flips his Polaris in Burgoon, Ohio, and his passenger's broke bones. But he can't be convicted of vehicular assault: Utility Vehicle Does Not Fit Charge for Vehicular Assault (courtnewsohio.gov)
