Let me be absolutely clear: my commitment to Chipping Barnet remains unwavering. You elected me to serve our constituency first and foremost, and that will always be my priority.

This appointment gives me another platform to fight for the change we all voted for, both locally and nationally.

Both national work and local representation are essential to an effective government, and with this role I have the opportunity to shape policy and enact change that will benefit our community, and communities across the country.

@annebclarke.bsky.social, the London Assembly member for Barnet and Camden, and I have raised this with senior staff at TfL repeatedly, and I have been assured they are investigating what changes and improvements can be made. I will not stop until improvements have been secured.
