NEW: Bedrock has released plans for a new development planned for the infamous Wayne County "fail jail" site in Downtown Detroit.
The 14-acre district will include BAMF Health, Ferris State University, MI-HQ, and Wayne State University and TechTown. Initial construction expected to start in 2025.

Plans are in the works to demolish part of the Renaissance Center. Bedrock says it envisions tearing down the two towers closest to the Detroit River, opening up space to expand the Riverfront and connect the area more to Downtown.
