This is Laika, named after the studio rather than the Russian astronaut.

In that same vein, here is a drawing of a dragon my players had a hand in creating in our dnd campaign. I figured it would be a nice way to pick up the pen again.

I find it difficult to not look back at the art I posted a few years ago, like below, and wonder what possessed me to think it was good enough to share. Maybe I should take cues from that younger Dan in loving the act and journey rather than wallow in self-critique.
