The nice thing is I ended up pulling a S2 marathon and noticed that in ep5, when Uika returned to a now empty flat, a First Quarter moon was shown twice.

And then we see how much more she loved the real one, as now in the Knights lore Doloris had plenty of Hatsune in her (mainly her love for Sakiko), then Sakiko brought down the stars just for her during Sora no Música, and later, in the Witches lore, Doloris once again had plenty of Hatsune in her.

And, my interpretation is, that if we had seen things right before that moment from Sakiko's PoV the world might have been colourless, but at that realisation everything gained colour, and that's why Sakiko had that sudden change of attitude as she found something in life she could call hers again.

And here's the thing: in S2E12, when Sakiko finally "met" Hatsune, even though Uika was made to be what Hatsune thought Sakiko wanted, and that Doloris was made by Sakiko to fit her own preferences, when she met the real person, it turned out she loved her deeper and stronger that she ever imagined.

You know what made me go insane over HtSk? It was precisely what you mentioned before how Uika/Doloris is a "monster" created for/by Sakiko, but much to Hatsune's regret, underneath all of that there's still Hatsune the human being.

As for the colour of Sakiko's hair accessories, I do think they're black and gold, but the illumination and the gold strip in the middle create an illusion that makes it look greenish.

I think the colour of Sakiko's hair accessories are just a coincidence and there's probably nothing deep about them, at least not in regards to Hatsune (who indeed has black and gold used on her).

I've read 2026 is the year of the (fire) horse, so it might be related to that. And, of course, Ricochi being Ricochi.

I love that, looking at the outfits she's chosen for her, and the lines and roles she's given Doloris that Sakiko is well-aware of this.

Exactly, and on top of that, she thought that breaking her probably confused Hatsune and thus her feelings were twisted, until episode 12 when she realised Hatsune's feelings were the real deal, and it's right after that that Sakiko changed too.

Agreed, but I also think she genuinely cares a lot. For example, as of S2E12, practically speaking, for Hatsune sumimi should have served its purpose, yet she's still in it, quite likely because she values Mana and their friendship a lot.
And Saki aside, I think she does care about Mujica a lot too.

Idol life alone seems quite demanding, and looking at all the work the RL Ave Mujica members put into the band it looks quite taxing too.

Yup, that's the same impression I have. At first, when they began setting up the world of Ave Mujica Sakiko probably recommended Uika several authors and/or books as reference, and then Hatsune went off from that.

And the whole deal about the "Sun moving towards Capricorn" not doing what it's supposed to (free the soul and make it reach the divine - which is basically following the law to "ascend") because in this story the law only protects evildoers, and Justine's virtuous behaviour was always punished.

OH OH OH!!! Indeed, Justine went by the name Sophie in the second version of the story, and it's well known that the Marquis hated the Clergy, seeing them as depraved (which they were in Justine) and thus the "Depraved Hierophant" referenced in the lyrics.
