I’m saying the Criterion Channel payment portal doesn’t require an American credit card. It’s not fraud any more than it would be to travel to the US, sign up there with your valid and non-fraud card not issues in the US, then return to Australia.

If you can find a way to subscribe from the geographic USA (a friend or VPN), you can use a foreign credit card and it’ll work anywhere in the world with almost exactly the same library, no more VPN required.
