There are more fulfilling and entertaining activities you can engage in—personally, I find drawing and listening to music to be great alternatives.

I had a similar experience with YouTube Shorts, actually. I find short-form content to be like a constant dopamine surge. What I would recommend is realizing that what you're watching is mostly inconsequential to your daily life.

That's very difficult! Hopefully, something works out, but I'm sure they'll understand since they know how much you would love to be there to support them!

I agree! However, my reasoning is more personal, as I find short video content often lacking in personality. While I understand the decision is aimed at attracting more users, especially with the whole TikTok fiasco, I still find this approach lacking.

Agreed, I often find these short videos lacking effort. Luckily, it's not in the TL and the videos don't play as you scroll. May I ask why you dislike it?

Twitter/X still has a much larger audience, making it better for reaching a wider audience and gaining greater visibility for your content.
However, if you wish to have an actual conversation with people in a respectful/meaningful way, Blue Sky is the way to go.

Also it seems that your account was recently created which may cause it to not be indexed yet which may cause some difficulty when searching for your profile. It may take a few minutes or hours especially with the influx of users joining.

I just searched it up and the @ name is unique and can't be changed in Bluesky like in most websites.

No the @ name to my knowledge can't be changed but the display name, in your case Zoeski, can be changed.
