I grew up on PEI in the nineties, with every person I knew knowing from birth that there wasn’t enough work for us and most of us were going to have to move. I have more friends from childhood in Ottawa and Calgary than on the Island. This “my small town has to live forever” is childish nonsense

We already did this in Alberta. Calgary took fluoride out, Edmonton didn’t. Two almost identical cities and and the only impact was Calgary’s children had worse teeth
