Is that specific to Heather or in general it’s hard to captain a team with a former captain in the side please?
From a general point I can see both sides but there could be benefit in having a senior player with experience to help transition in and ideas.

Thanks for a good article. A question came to mind due to Alice Capsey being called up as reserve keeper, do all players have to be from a particular group of players or could England go to others who aren’t currently in the set up who may be a more experienced keeper? Thanks Dan
