Disagree. The kompromat Putin has on Trump is the constant giant lever driving every one of Trump's outputs and actions regarding Russia and Ukraine.
The fear Trump has of what Putin has on him is plain to see, daily.
That he also wants to be a forever dictator isn't much more than a coincidence.
