FYI, I am not anti cycling at all.
I use multiple forms of transport - car, motorcycle, bicycle, bus, tube, walking.
I object to people using the pavement with their bicycles or scooters. Yes, it's easier and nicer for them than being on the road, but at the expense of pedestrians. Pure selfishness!

I understand that cyclists are given 'free reign' on the roads, i.e. they are allowed to ignore one-way, no entry, etc. But I thought pavements were forbidden to any cyclists with wheel size over a certain diameter.
