Genuine question, how real are the repercussions of this with the immunity from the Supreme Court in place? Is this illegal for everyone else but him?

Mine would read "hey I've thought about you but the social consequences of reaching out crippled me and I laid emotionally paralyzed in bed thinking about how bad of a friend I am--Happy Hoildays!" Or whatever
