So what happened:
In 2012 I had a hernia, was told nbd its kinda big so not a high risk of becoming strangulated (emergency situation). And.. it hasn't really bothered me that much, once in a while just kinda.. push it back in.
Lately it was bothering me more than usual so went to have it looked at

Sometimes I want to go back in time to the 1960s and assure people that the technology to talk to a computer and have it respond in a relatively natural way does indeed exist but it sucks and no one wants to use it. Imagine Star Trek if they had to unlock a remote to do anything
