A bee that was on the patio very torpid, so I gave it a drop of honey on a teaspoon. It wasn't around later. I didn't see it go - I like to think it flew off under its own power 🐝

On today's walk to Bucksburn I saw a GSW fly onto a tree, attach a cone the bark then start pecking at the cone. Also there what I believe were crossbills snipping cones off a tree letting most of them fall to the ground.
