I don't know if I'm comfortable with the memeification of our party politics. Embarrassing for all involved, especially Bell.

The bar is exceptionally low for housing delivery in the New Forest.

Yes, driving does tend to be more expensive when you do more of it.

Sorry but this is pretty shockingly argued. A 28-yr old consultant on £50k in 2019 earning double that after six years but feeling the pinch because of tax and inflation.

I get the framing around generational wealth but it completely lacks self-awareness. www.cityam.com/100k-isnt-a-...

Seb Payne making a poorly thought out comparison between 'middle class vigilantes' cleaning Tube carriages for clout and wealthy white South Africans in private estates. All feels a bit 2015.

Lovely day in Glastonbury, with it's gorgeous and green Abbey grounds, and equally green residents. Really something to see a high street thriving on its witchy, pagan heritage.

Rewind back to last week's Housing Summit for @centreforlondon.bsky.social. There's a lot of problems to solve.

Playing the Oblivion remaster to distract from the real world and I am delighted that the nostalgia remains very strong. Beautifully janky.

Or in other less eloquent but exasperated words.

Some more photos from today. No amount of wizard-funded hatred can erase the feeling of joy, hope and determination shared today.

Really great to chat with BBC London on our research into the future of London's Black Cab trade. Making the case for the trade's future, arresting its decline and building a stronger partnership between the Mayor and taxi trade.

CNN's stock market tracker is an all round mood for politics and economics, I'd say.

Excited and heading to work dressed up for World Book Day. Very tricky to find a globe-shaped blazer.

A summary of my recent experience with NHS primary care. The lack of communication is infuriating.

Any peace talks which don't include Ukraine with President Zelenskyy in the lead in negotiations are not fair, viable or conducive to lasting peace. UK Government and EU leaders must do more to stand up to any deals by the backdoor.

More public transport, more buses, more Bakerloo. Hopefully the roads will be clear enough for the new service to be effective...

Good news for fans of brutalist architecture and retrofit as conversion of Barclays House in Poole (my hometown) approved in June for 362 BTR flats. Over 100 letters of support from locals.

Benefits definitely outweigh the positives but I have concerns...

Loved being by the sea on Boxing Day. I'm less enamoured by rail replacement buses from Basingstoke.
