What are your fave energy snacks on a long walk?
I recommend trying snickers-style dates covered in chocolate with a sea salt sprinkle and stuffed with crunchy peanut butter.
Plus a baked potato 🥔 every 10km.

Is anyone aware of any projects in the UK to reduce domestic water use when it's raining lots - in order to reduce the likelihood of our combined sewers overflowing?
A bit like a voluntary reduction in the use of hose pipes in the summer..? Or people choosing to use less electricity at peak times?
