I am a glutton for punishment so I will do battle with AXS again after 5pm on Monday.

And then the cakes are dry and stale.

Was super impressed with James Elkington who I think of, perhaps wrongly, as coming from a different musical world. Gutted I couldn’t get to the SML show.

Sorry John you are entirely right and I really should have deleted my account on the other place by this point. Just a handful of people I like and value who I’m only in touch with that way.

Either staunchly political, powerfully moving or sometimes both, these songs very much have a life of their own even if this really is a one off revival of the T-T name. The crowd certainly showed that to Chris this evening too. Wonderful show.

Genuinely emotional seeing Chris play again after many years. A well selected opening acoustic set making a virtue of the occasional fluff, followed by what might be the best band set I’ve seen Chris play. Rollicking, committed and very, very loud.
