Just don’t think about the 1400 car parking spaces and the traffic they are going to generate.

There are hardly any bus routes that use the ring road. A short stretch from the A34 to Abingdon Rd, in the SW, a bit of the A40 in the NW, and the 46 bus uses a short stretch in the SE images-oxfordbus.passenger-website.com/downloads/Ox...

After yesterday's vote, how can they possibly claim credit for the bus improvements from the congestion charge? They literally voted against them.

I still don't understand how Labour could vote against half a dozen new bus services and other improvements. Not to mention for an estimated two dozen additional road injuries a year.

It is possible to provide better walking and cycling links, more cycle parking, etc. so that's what will be done to get the most out of these stations.

It's irrelevant whether people can or can't or should or shouldn't drive these trips. The CBL stations are just not located to make providing more than disabled parking feasible. So that wasn't part of the business case for them.

It's not "suggesting the LTNs are an issue", it's refusing to accept that there are any road danger issues with high volumes of motor traffic on streets not designed for them.
