But i think we need to re-up the question: can we really trust any official stats coming out of this govt. now that Trump has fired all the career people and replaced them with lackeys, who have now settled in? I say NO.

He's fallen out of the top 10 in presidential historians' rankings of the best presidents, i believe he's in the mid teens now. Obama is in the top 10. Of course, the current "president*" is dead last.

Trump will not be gone. I guarantee you, Trump wants the Trump family to be permanently in charge of the republican party so he will annoint Don Jr to lead the party and be its nominee in 2028. Republicans will fall in line as they have for 10 years now. Any other scenario is naive.

Trump and the Russians came up with a plan where Ukraine concedes everything and Russia concedes nothing, knowing Ukraine would reject it, so Trump can wash his hands and say "They (Ukrainians) don't want peace." No more assistance of any kind.
