Plenty of clinics do not bulk bill (provide free visits to) concession card holders, for a start.
Those who are very sick but don't have concession cards aren't getting free GP visits either. There's no mechanism where being very sick entitles you to free GP visits.

This is embarrassing enough on its own – being an adult advocating for banning social media because you can't log off – but it's even crazier when the author is a noted defender of gambling
