Even in twitter's better days (before you could buy a louder voice) I saw few examples of mind changing. Occasionally though you could have a decent debate, but now all is drowned out by the blue tick army.

I assume you also didn't get into journalism to fight with blue tick trolls. Surely engaging with less foaming is more rewarding?

The problem with the US's presidential system is it's almost impossible to get him removed, regardless of how much it falls apart. They really need to rip up their constitution and start again.

For a post to get community noted it must reach a critical mass. Disinformation strategies could be easily constructed wide and thin to avoid noting.
