Agreed, the one character I never warmed to was Sam. I'd never seen Cheers until last year. I'd seen bits and pieces over the years but only in passing. Same with Fraiser which I preferred. Had to get some use out of the Paramount subscription!

I said for a while Dobson should get chances on PP1 when it's not working. Watch the Nashville game, they showed well to ignore Hutson on the blue line and just defend the receiver of the pass. They know he has not shot from the blue line. Teams have worked it out. Tika taka isn't getting it done.

It's all time to sack Marty again over there. 2 weeks ago he was a genius we are lucky to have, now he's a washed up bum again. Last year they told us how crap Newhook was and he should be traded, now the sky has fallen in because he's hurt.

In all honesty I didn't see us making the playoffs this year. Only Ottawa strengthened at the deadline last year, that's how we got in. Could you see this team getting past 5 games again? I cannot, we cannot close games out, don't have defenders capable of shutting down in front of the goalie.

Absolutely, I've said it from the season start. Teams leave hutson alone to dance the blue line and defend the outlet pass because they know he's got no shot from there. Alternate Dobson and Hutson until the tika taka twins start actually shooting.

I think Utah are a pretty soft team, they looked small and unphysical. But yeah I thought that was his best game in a long while. A few over hit passes again but nothing bone headed.

Not as good as the Caufield has the most Saturday goals since 4 nations. I've had the most roast potato's since four nations. Four nations should be a new official time stamp like AD and BC or GMT. 😆

Caufield and it's not even close. Plays like a kids who knows how lucky he is. Best shooter in the side and best passer after Demidov and Hutson. Pound for pound the best 200ft player after Suzuki.

You know I love Dach and I'm seeing a lot of people online want him with Demidov/Bolduc on the 2nd line after a steady start and couple of games improvement. I think this is too soon and this year they are doing the right thing bringing him along slowly with lower pressure. What do you think?

I'd bring Engstrom up and sit Arber for the next home game. Even his passes out the zone were dog shit. He hurts the team for zero gain. We needed that big body in the last 4 minutes but he doesn't even use that well now. He's lucky Guhle is injured.

My son and I adored him last year. You could see his game from day 1. His line last year was my favourite to watch. It felt like he couldn't skate without finishing a check. I get the trade it just makes me a sad panda. Glad to have Dobson though, better D stability helps the likes of Newhook and co

Probably too late but should we every now and then try Dobson on PP1 when lane isn’t working. An actual shot threat from the point. Watch the PP against Nashville and the one against the flames. They leave lane alone near the blue line and defend the outlet player as his shot is his weak point.
