Amen. I just got diagnosed for lupus. It turns out blood they took four years ago had the results. I was just told last Friday. I’ve been working out for going on a month. Dr said it’s the best thing for it. Seeing a rheumatologist soon.

I have a 16 year old son with autism. I had to set a routine for him and stick to it. I wouldn’t call it training but it works.
