This one was an amazing find, a black postbox from the time of Edward the 7th! Rectangular set in the wall of Cambridge train station . Although looks not in use but still have been here more than 110 years!

The first one I've ever noticed, a postbox from the times of Queen Victoria! Not round but a hexagon, and no crown image on it. (Photo taken in Bath). Imagine what this postbox has seen !

Going back in time, this postbox is from Edward the 7th, so from before 1910 ! This one is also double in size and apparently not far from "modern" postboxes from the time of Queen Elizabeth in London, so just a happy chance to see it

This postbox is from George the Fifth ! So at least from before 1936 ! I like how this one has a Capital G and no "v" , like you KNOW which monarch it is.
