I realise it's indulging in the politics of spite, but if this is the reaction from these traditionally awful newspapers, then my starting point is that maybe it's an ok budget?

When ('if' has left the building) Trump instructs the US army to attack and kill US citizens in US cities, I hope it's met with horror and realisation. But I fear it'll be met with cheering.
