Been using the latest betas and the answer “not really”. There are some accessibility settings that tone it down but not off.
I’ve only found it off putting a couple of times in certain background situations.
Not sure I’ve found it “magical” or whatever Tim called it today

Mrs K grew up near Henley on Thames and went to a Dauphin nursery school. One day her brother and her were on a play date with one of the other kids and her dad went over to pick them up.

I use the Strong app to record my sets. Those come through to health as a custom type. Recommended.

Ouch. I’m was quite a fan of My Life Story back in the day and felt that Divine Comedy didn’t deserve getting more attention. He’s right about stealing from Scott Walker.

There was a news story a couple of years back where criminals were selling phones that looked like normal smartphones. If you selected the correct order of applications it would open a dark web messaging app.

It’s the same when they demand that encrypted apps have backdoors for law enforcement a) those keys will leak and all legitimate users will be at risk, b) encryption is just maths, and while not easy it’s possible for anyone to write an encrypted messaging app and ignore the rules.
