At the very least, why aren't Democrats forming a shadow cabinet as proposed months ago by @wileynickel.com? Even one act of organized in-your-face opposition would go a long way.

I keep thinking about what Marx said in The 18th Brumaire, to paraphrase: History does repeat itself, but the first time as tragedy, the second time as farce. Trump is always a mixture of tragedy and farce, his first term weighted toward tragedy. I can only hope Marx is right about his second term.
