I have an idea for a humor picture book but it would involve asking an artist to draw a horse 20 times and I’m not sure if I want to put any artist through that

A Cardinals CF didn’t hit a HR until May 20th last year.
VSII just deposited one into the bullpen and we’re not even out of March.
You love to see it!

Also I would love any and all recommendations of media like this! Any books or games that are very research and exploration driven. I know there usually has to be some conflict elements so that’s not a total deal breaker. Just not a sole idea of the game if possible
I recently read “Long Way to a Small Angry Planet” by Becky Chambers and I’ve been re-playing Monster Hunter World and I’m beginning to realize my ideal media is based on research expeditions and exploration and stuff.
This is gonna end with me playing an archaeology sim isn’t it?

Currently getting an inordinate amount of glee from imagining how a hobbit would react to a red lobster cheddar bay biscuit. If I strolled into Hobbiton with a basket of them I’d be king by the end of the day

This is a reference to something on Twitter I tried to make a thing where I imagined the movie Baby Driver with a soundtrack that was anything but classic rock. I had a lot of fun imagining the movie to dubstep, NPR, and had other friends give me ideas. Now I really want to make them a reality…
Baby Driver but Baby is super into Industrial metal covers of 80s songs

See the problem is now I have access to video editing equipment. I could make these a reality if I wanted to

I’ve spent a couple days at work looking up the Pulitzer Prizes for drama and the Tony award for best plays and it’s really making me want to work on play writing again. I have so many ideas I love that I need to finish. And I’m still getting new ones!

I’m currently reading a SciFi book while I also play a western video game. My next book will probably either be about a ship in the 1740s or Hernan Cortes in 1519. My next game will probably be about Ancient Egypt.
Wow I really don’t wanna think about the present day at all do I?

Hey here’s something cool about me, I’m a published author! I wrote a book of poetry called Does it Count as Being Homesick if You Are the Only Thing I Miss. I’m very proud of it and I love it. You can get a copy here! deepoverstock.com/product/home...
