This doesn’t mean they ignore technologies that can enhance their customers’ productivity. It’s always a delicate balance between the present and the future, considering the current pricing versus the potential future prices after a technology is adopted and implemented.

It’s easy for companies of all sizes to get caught up in the hype and feel left behind unless they have a clear and focused strategy. Great companies don’t let these trendy technologies distract them. Instead, they concentrate on their strengths and understanding their customers’ needs.
