The inspiration for the song was actually a mis-hearing as well — a friend of Stevie Nicks’ was talking about someone being “at the age of seventeen”, Stevie misheard it as “edge of seventeen” and thought it would be an interesting phrase to write a song about.

There is a glut of solar power in the day which is why they don’t want to buy it anymore. The energy market literally has to pay generators to generate *less* sometimes. Look into buying a battery & joining a virtual power plant scheme, u can sell into the grid in the evening when prices are higher.

Yep, they used this equipment to develop and test their method. But to actually cook eggs the way they’re suggesting, you just need boiling water and 30-degree (C) water, and the time and patience to keep transferring the egg(s) from one of these to the other every 2 minutes for 32 minutes 😂

Not really. The method at the end was: Start with the eggs at room temp (Imma presume that’s 20-25 degrees C). Put them in boiling water for 2 mins, then 30-degree water for 2 mins. Continue alternating every 2 mins for a total of 32 mins.
