@UiPath That's in complete contrast to clients I've worked with (not in ERP thankfully) that the underlying vendors identified as having as much as 78% customization. It was literally impossible for them to upgrade the platform in a time frame shorter than YEARS #toobig #tooslow

Ha, I was thinking of #redteaming as the metaphor for this, and Dr. Chowdhury just brought it up (in the context of #GenAI) and work she's done through DefCon and professional white/black/gray hat hackers AND everyday people who can and should play a role in a "Right to Repair"
