this is really funny becuase it speaks to the core elements of platformization: winner-takes-all market dynamics. There *is* growth for some companies. Many games are profitable. But user growth is arriving by eating the consumers of other games.

the key thing: the sell off is about bets on hardware and infrastucture spending. The downstream effects of AI agents (when they are good enough) getting rolled out en masse one day is the big question mark. Right now the adjustment seems to bend towards cheap Chinese versions of this.
