I haven’t bought something recently purely with the intention of tinkering - there’s always been another reason. I just bought myself a car thing from the US. I know it’s defunct, no longer usable etc… unless you go and load open source firmware on it! Time to tinker

I think I’m going to give some smt headers a go… still fiddly, but less fiddly than wire.
Ideally at some point the need to do this is removed by a custom board that contains the audio amplifier…

Looking for advice from people who know soldering - I have two boards: an audio amplifier and a pimoroni i75w rp2350. I need to connect them together. Annoyingly the 3 gpio holes on the audio board don’t line up with the pimoroni i75w.

This tracking from UPS is just weird.... how can there not be any updates since yesterday morning at 3.27am? _surely_ its arrived somewhere and been scanned by now?

Saw an updated automated build for a product I’ve been waiting for for a while in order to launch a product we’ve been developing. It’s getting closer! Hopefully only a little more waiting…

This is a Netomnia CBT being put on the telegraph pole on the road behind mine… exactly on my fence line… here’s hoping I can get a fiber run to my house. About 50m or so according to google maps. Because they’re not putting them on the UK power network poles down my road :(
