Was I wrong? In my book Cultural Violence, Stigma and the Legacy of the Anti-Sealing Movement (now available in paperback www.routledge.com/Cultural-Vio...) I made the case that at a minimum anti-sealing campaigning demonstrated cultural violence. But was it cultural genocide...?
