Chiari Malformation - Just because I had surgery doesn't mean I'm fixed there is no cure for a brain too big or a skull too small I still have bad times sometimes it's a few moments that happen all throughout the day sometimes it's hours and if I'm really unlucky it's all day.

Barney bear turned 2 at the end of September and I finally got around to getting some pictures taken of him. No birthday hats or banner this year though we just had fun in the woods here are 4 of my favourites

Today is world mental health day I'll be forever thankful to the NHS who saved my life today I got out with my friend and our dogs and what a huge impact it had

i hope one day she realises she absolutely has that ability and that she helps so many, on a daily basis, to feel seen in every way we need and to feel so safe, she 100% has that type of impact
