No. The flu vaccine is recommended for everyone 6 months and up. Most flu vaccine options are trivalent, protect against 3 strains or quadrivalent - 4 strains. Quadrivalent is more common. 65+ get a higher dose to provide more protection. Egg-free is available in case of allergies.
