I was able to get through to my Rep’s office (Johnny O) yesterday and speak to someone, left a message on Van Hollen’s line and could not on Alsobrooks bc the vm box was full. For both Senators their outgoing voice mail messages were warped and messed up. I figured it might be because of overuse
