BUT, the interesting part about this is: I find myself consuming more long form media. I’m back into YT videos & newly into talk podcasts (before, I was only listening to fiction podcasts, like LARPing on the mic 😂).

Like, I genuinely don’t even enjoy social media anymore bc 90% of my feed is gaming related & I’m too out of the loop. The gym girlie pages are fuckin boring. Im sorry. Gotta log tf OUT.

This experience made me realize, I’m NOT a casual gamer and removing the thing I find most joy in is… depression inducing regardless of healthy eating habits & 5 days in the gym 🙂 GOOD TALK!
